Basic Fireplace Service

Gas                                                                $250

Check gas pressure and leaks, clean up pilot assembly, clean logs and glass, check log placement, replace embers, clean out burner, check thermopile voltage, check blower if needed.

Pellet                                                              $250

Remove interior panels, clean out ash pit, blow out pressure switch, clean all sensors, remove debris from all areas of stove, complete sweep of exhaust vent to cap, inspect venting and cap.

Wood                                                              $200

Clean out ash pit, remove debris from all areas of stove, complete sweep of exhaust vent to cap, inspect venting and cap, inspection of interior walls.

Brick Work Estimate                                           $75

Repointing, cracked or broken brick replacement, rebuilds, customer built mailboxes. Estimate fees can be added to total job fee, if quote is accepted.
